I have dealt with anxiety and depression for years. I self-harmed from age 15-18. I have been dealing with unanswered health problems for almost 20 years. I am a survivor of abusive relationships and am blessed to be in a healthy and happy marriage. I am learning how to work through the vast array of negative emotions that I have hid away for more years than I can count. Every day is a new day of loving myself for who I am, who I was, and who I'm going to be.
